This is so true. I was a primary school teacher and I resigned in order to avoid social relations. I invested in real estate 4 years ago with the aim of becoming a rentier and now I prefer to do my housework and manage the reservations of my studios for seasonal rentals because I don't need to manage meetings, or other social activities and festive events. Great test!
