So the Dominican Republic is great for vacation, but working is something else! There are champions there! But the place is nice!
We only have one life… so make it enjoyable! But not everything is rosy! We rack our brains here like in Switzerland…
That's almost it!!! But I move around a lot... I was in the Dominican Republic recently and I've been in Ecuador for a month... for work and life!
Happy, Federer won... If you have time, there's the Salon des Goûts et Terroirs in Bulle... the beer is cold, at least that's what my friends brought me!
Fribourg 😉
Cantonal Bank
In Thailand, I have QUALITY HOUSES LEASEHOLD PROPERTY FUND and SAMUI AIRPORT PROPERTY FUND (LEASEHOLD). I bought them in 2011. The dividend (over 5%) is growing and the value has increased well. In Hong Kong, I have SJM HOLDINGS 00880.HK and SJM HOLDINGS 00880.HK. These last two, a little less well… but always with the idea of diversifying…

Thank you Jerome,
I have stocks in Thailand and Hong Kong and there is no withholding tax.
What gives me some hesitation on Japanese stocks is the very volatile YEN or perhaps looking for companies that sell internationally.
Thanks for the info and we're waiting for your next Japanese dividends to find out more about taxes!
THANKS!!
The SNB did it! …….
