spin off of DOV what are you doing?

Spin-offs are definitely in fashion

after ABT last year (=>ABT + ABBV), it's DOV this year (=>DOV+KN)

for those like me who have some, what do you think to do? I have the idea of selling my KN and buying back the equivalent in DOV but I'm still hesitating a little... the difficulty is that we don't really know the dividend policy of the new company
