Good morning
Here is my portfolio which should be in line with the principles of "dividendes.ch" which is not quite the case
For
Berkshire Hathaway Inc Microsoft Corp
Microsoft Corp Microsoft CorpCredit Agricole Nord de France on which I speculate, which is not good
Neopost which I am speculating on, which is not goodABC Arbitrage which has a good return so I don't know what I'm going to do.
Total at 0 but I'm waiting for a return to €36 to come back (I liquidated with capital gain)
Air Liquide at 0 I am waiting for a return to 87€ to return there (I liquidated with capital gain)On the other hand
I will return to UGI to follow my principle of two lines of action per category.
I will trade my 3M for some Emerson Electrics
The telecommunications sector has no shares that meet the criteria.
Good day

18 August 2012 at 15:33 #16561It looks great!
some small comments:
Berkshire Hathaway Inc, certainly not really in the criteria, but when you know who is behind it... and then Warren likes companies that pay increasing dividends as wellMicrosoft Corp Microsoft Corp : I would be less categorical than you. MSFT is well on its way to becoming a nice payer of growing dividends. It is just a little too young (6 consecutive years). This technology is becoming mature, a bit like Intel, which is also a future papable in my portfolio (8 consecutive years). I am in the Global Dividend Growers LLTC, in semiconductors like INTC, with 19 years of dividend increases, but currently in a "sell" position.
ABC Arbitration : actually pays well, but inconsistent dividend and payout of 83%.
Liquid air : personally I quite like this title, modest payout, dividend not always increasing each year, but at least not decreasing... when you see a European like that you shouldn't be too picky, because it's rare.
UGI : I'm not there yet but it's an excellent title.
3M against emerson electric : I also have a preference for the second one, but it's almost a shame to part with 3M, right?
The telecommunications sector : indeed very poor. I separated from CTL last year. The stock has since gone up but the dividend is no longer increasing and its payout is just monstrous.
NJR : I'm not there yet either, but this stock is fabulous. The history of the course is pretty incredible.
As for the rest of the wallet, no comment, you already know what I think...
23 August 2012 at 07:20 #16562Superb wallet, which looks a lot like mine!
Only regret, it lacks a bit of KO and CLX for my taste, but anyway...
By the way, I have pretty much the same entry points in mind as you regarding AI and FP. Can't wait for the start of the school year, so that it goes down a bit!

Speculation by purchasing INTEL which seems very low to me and still has potential.Evolution since last publication
Microsoft Corp sale
IBM sale
sale Credit Agricole North of France
Neopost sale
I made a return trip to ConnocoPhilips (I left following the change of status from *** to **).UGI purchase to follow my principle two lines of action per category.
I decided to keep my 3M
The telecommunications sector has no shares that meet the criteria.
and then to distract myself I got into 5 xxxx daubasses (10% from the wallet) to have a bit of spice.Good day

November 3, 2012 at 06:50 #16650Hi HerveC
Can I know what prompted you to sell IBM?
November 3, 2012 at 9:44 p.m. #16651Good morning
I bought IBM at the beginning of August 199.85$ I did not yet apply the information from your site dividende.ch
At the beginning of October, European computer sales figures were bad, with HP falling, Dell falling, and Intel. In this troika at its lowest. I have confidence in Intel which seems to me to be too massacred.
So needing cash for Intel I had to sell something
IBM was chosen: high price 208.2$ low yield (1.8%) score ** on your site. So passed by, and I don't regret it.But I have no analytical skills.
SincerelyHerve

You should not underestimate yourself 😉
It is true that Intel is an interesting stock, which I would describe as a junior or potential dividend payer.
IBM, on the other hand, is a senior, but one that has constantly known how to renew itself. -
