Time to invest in oil?

With the fall in the price of oil, we are seeing a drop in the shares of many companies active in the oil sector and which pay handsome dividends.
Are you taking advantage of the opportunity? I'm thinking of BP, Royal Dutch for example.

yes, I am looking at XOM and BP in particular
in another register (natural gas) I also monitor WPZ (MLP)

I was able to take positions on BP, RDS.B, TOT and HP.
I followed CVX and XOM but the price did not reach the entry value I set for myself.
For WPZ, I first need to become more familiar with MLPs so that I can define my "fair value".

nice fall on HP… but XOM tempts me more and for longer!
