Good morning
After years of erratic stock market investing, I am a fan of the site devenir-rentier.fr, but it is not totally consistent with the ideas of its founder, which allows for a great diversity of publications.
I really appreciate your site for its consistency. In fact, I have reoriented my portfolio in your direction.
And it is regrettable that only American and Swiss stocks "take care" of their shareholders with quarterly dividends and regular increases without "distributing too much".
So good luck!
Herve
Hello HerveC
welcome to the forum
devenir-rentier.fr has a lot of very good contributors. The forum is very successful and obviously given the quantity of messages posted there, you have to, like everywhere on the Internet, form your own opinion and qualify certain comments. But generally speaking, thanks to Philippe and the self-control of the forum members, the level is good.
As for your remark about dividends, I'm not sure I understand it. Is it the share of the dividend in relation to the profit that you find too low? Personally, I don't really like companies that are too generous with their shareholders. It's a bit paradoxical, I agree, but it's preferable in the long term. Better to have a little today and a lot tomorrow, rather than the opposite...
A small misunderstanding on your part, Jérôme, which Hervé will surely correct when reading your message.
Welcome Hervé, happy to have another member in our ranks
ah yes indeed I read too quickly!!!
ok then 100% agreed, it's a shame that there aren't more Europeans in this genre
