You are a Swiss national, residing in Switzerland. For example, you have assets at the time of your death of 2 million euros all inclusive, main residence, shares in a company, real estate, stock market, etc. only one child heir of 100% in direct line. How much is your inheritance tax?

Sorry, this is outside my area of expertise... plus it depends on the canton you are in.

Not only does it depend on the canton of residence, but the child's place of residence can also influence. Because some countries do not have a tax agreement. Result, double taxation (as with France because it denounced a treaty).

The easiest way is to contact the tax authorities of the deceased's canton.
