Good evening everyone,
I can read on most financial newspapers and magazines, I mean by a large majority of wealth management advisors, etc. in the stock market set yourself a target generally 15 to 20% of capital gains and regularly take your profits to best manage your portfolio. All this advice from people who have done the highest studies in finance and are responsible for diplomas.
I learned by doing my research and reading what rare people could write who for me are worth it. In particular a certain Stephen Jarislowsky who is no longer young and who once said, the most important thing I learned is to never sell if you have a beautiful, well-managed business that grows steadily and has a competitive advantage.
Personally, the biggest gain in my portfolio is on WALT DISNEY + 348% to date. My portfolio is unfortunately not at the same level but it's just to say that in my opinion, selling too early is the best way not to get rich. What do you think?
