I know some of these stocks. Be careful though, apparently you are venturing into a high yield strategy that is not without risk. Also be careful with mortgage REITs, for the same reasons.

Yes, indeed I am venturing into high yield with a short term strategy... 12 - 24 months MAX. (in theory...)
