      Good morning,

      Well, I see that it's me who is inaugurating the forum apparently. :)
      Thank you Jerome for the knowledge and analysis that you share on this site and on the forum from now on.

      I decided to take my finances in hand, among other things, by adopting a dividend strategy, but not only that. I have other projects in mind that also go in this direction.

      So I'm trying to improve my knowledge with this site, among other things (I've also been hanging out on Philippe Proudhon's forum recently).
